Conditions of Entry:
- Entry Fee $35 per team to be forwarded with entry
- All players to be registered members of NNSW
- All players to wear identical uniforms and patches
- No jewellery or taping of fingernails will be allowed
- Each team to supply a non-playing umpire to officiate on own games
- Matches will be conducted as per NNSW Carnival Rules with no disputes being entered into
- No injury time allowed. WDNA will not be responsible for any injuries incurred during the Carnival, however, first aid will be available
- No refund of entry fee will be given for teams withdrawing
- A $50.00 + $5.00 GST fee will be charged if teams are withdrawn after fixtures have been prepared
- Late entries will be accepted only if there is available space in the draw
- Starting time – 8.30am
- Canteen facilities and BBQ available
